This EULA applies to the BloxcraftMC website, Minecraft server(s), and related services. BloxcraftMC is a community server built on Minecraft and is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Summary

  • This EULA is an agreement between you and BloxcraftMC for using our website and Minecraft servers.
  • Your creations are yours. Content we created (branding, builds by staff, plugins we authored) is ours. Minecraft and its assets belong to Mojang AB/Microsoft.
  • Mods and resource packs are allowed; hacks, cheats, and unfair clients are prohibited.
  • Donations and paid ranks are allowed, subject to fair-play rules and applicable platform and Mojang commercial guidelines.
  • Follow our community standards: be respectful, don’t grief, don’t harass, don’t scam.
  • We can suspend/ban accounts that break the rules. Digital items have no real-world value and are non-refundable except where required by law.

1. Introduction

By accessing or using any BloxcraftMC service, including our Minecraft server(s), website, store pages, Discord integrations, and related features (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Services.

BloxcraftMC is a community-operated Minecraft server project. We are not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft and related assets are the property of Mojang AB/Microsoft.

2. Account Terms

You may need an account on our website, our Discord, or on applicable platform stores to access portions of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or trade accounts. Impersonation and unauthorized access are prohibited.

  • Accuracy: Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • Security: Use strong passwords and enable platform security features where available.
  • Parents/Guardians: Accept responsibility for minors using the Services under your supervision.

3. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to this EULA, BloxcraftMC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BloxcraftMC and (as applicable) Mojang AB/Microsoft.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services, except where permitted by law. You must not access the Services through automated means that impose an unreasonable load or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or moderation systems.

4. What You Can and Can’t Do with Software & Content

When you connect to our server or use our website, you may download or interact with data and content we provide (including server-side plugins we authored, branding, and staff-created builds). You may not redistribute our proprietary content without written permission. Do not present your tools, sites, or projects as official or approved by us unless we formally authorize it.

  • Do not give out or sell copies of our server-side code, configurations, or paid assets.
  • Do not attempt to monetize our logos, name, or content without permission.
  • Do not provide others with unfair or unreasonable access to paid features or restricted content.

Original creations you make (for example, builds you design yourself) remain yours. However, derivatives or substantial copies of our assets, or of Minecraft assets, remain owned by us or Mojang AB/Microsoft, respectively.

5. Mods, Clients & Resource Packs

BloxcraftMC embraces creativity. You may use mods and resource packs with our Services provided they do not grant unfair advantages, disrupt gameplay, or violate platform rules.

  • Allowed: Cosmetic/quality-of-life mods, client optimizations, minimaps (without radar of hidden entities), shaders, and resource packs that do not alter server-side mechanics.
  • Prohibited: Hacks, cheats, or modified clients that enable x-ray, kill aura, auto-aim/auto-clickers, fly, speed, reach, dupes, packet manipulation, or any exploit that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Distribution: Do not distribute modified versions of our software or any hacked client. Use official sources for game downloads and updates.
  • Compatibility: Updates may break mod compatibility; we are not responsible for third‑party conflicts.

6. Community Standards & Player Conduct

Our goal is a welcoming, inclusive community. By using the Services, you agree to follow these standards:

  • No harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, threats, doxxing, or sexual content involving minors.
  • No griefing, scamming, or intentionally ruining another player’s experience.
  • No spamming, advertising unrelated servers/projects without permission, or phishing.
  • Follow staff directions and do not evade punishments.

Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary or permanent bans, and other appropriate actions.

7. User‑Generated Content

By submitting or creating content on the Services (builds, chat messages, forum posts, textures, screenshots, videos), you grant BloxcraftMC a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt such content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You retain ownership of your original works. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share or that violates laws or this EULA.

8. Donations, Purchases & Ranks

BloxcraftMC may offer optional donations, ranks, cosmetics, or other digital benefits (collectively, "Perks"). Perks are not required to play. All payments are final and non‑refundable except where required by law or by the payment platform’s policy.

  • Fair Play: Perks will not provide unfair competitive advantages (e.g., combat buffs) and will comply with applicable platform and Mojang commercial guidelines.
  • Delivery: Perks may take time to appear and may require you to be online. If you do not receive an item, contact support with proof of purchase.
  • No Guarantees: Perks are subject to change. Server resets, updates, or disciplinary actions may affect access to Perks without compensation.
  • Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent dispute may lead to an immediate ban.

9. Virtual Currency & Digital Items

Any virtual currency or items have no real‑world monetary value, are licensed (not sold), and may be altered, reset, or removed at any time for balance or technical reasons. You may not trade or sell accounts or items for real money unless expressly permitted by us.

10. Third‑Party Services & Links

Our Services may include third‑party services (e.g., Discord widgets, payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or availability. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

11. Privacy & Data

We collect limited information to operate and secure the Services, such as usernames, unique identifiers, IP addresses, gameplay events (for anti‑cheat and moderation), and purchase records (where applicable). We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Data may be retained for a reasonable period for security, analytics, and legal compliance.
  • We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Parents may contact us for questions regarding minors’ data.

12. Online Safety

Be cautious when interacting with others online. Do not share sensitive personal information. Report suspicious users or behavior to staff through in‑game commands or our support channels.

13. Service Changes, Downtime & Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including maps, game modes, plugins, or mechanics. Maintenance or outages may occur without notice. Updates may change or remove features and may affect compatibility with mods.

14. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxcraftMC and its owners, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

16. Termination & Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, remove content, or revoke Perks at our discretion for violations of this EULA, suspected fraud, or to protect the community. Bans or mutes may be applied without prior notice. We may withhold support for accounts engaged in abuse or chargebacks.

17. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time for operational, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be announced via our website or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

Except where prohibited by local law, this EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BloxcraftMC is organized or primarily operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in that location. You and BloxcraftMC waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
  • Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and BloxcraftMC regarding the Services.
  • Suggestions: If you submit ideas or feedback, you grant us permission to use them without obligation or compensation.

Minecraft® is a trademark of Mojang AB. This server and website are community‑run and not endorsed by or affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
